Aluminum honeycomb panel has been widely used in the decoration of modern architectures, train, auto mobile and ship. Aluminum honeycomb panel is made of aluminum alloy plate coated with PVDF as the surface with prime as the back-face, while in the middle is the aluminum honeycomb core which meets the international aeronautical standards. The core material with hexagonal aluminum alloy makes the panel high strength. And with 3003H24, 5025AH14 aluminum alloy, PVDF coating, 0.5-1.5mm thickness plate as the surface. Our panel is specially made with the cold-glue and hot-press technology with advanced and automated machine, which makes our honeycomb panel stickier, more bending resistant, straighter, and thus steadier and more reliable in quality. All kinds of alloyed honeycomb panels, such as curl panels, folded panels and trapezoidal panels can be fabricated according to the requirements of architectural design. The honeycomb panel is blessed with high wind pressure, shock resistance, sound-insulated, heat insulation, flame-resistance, light weight and other advantages, and is significantly more than aluminum composite panel and aluminum sheets in building material.

The surface layer of aluminum honeycomb panel is aluminum alloy sheet, while the central layer is the honeycomb structure made of aluminum foil. Compared to other wall decoration materials, Aluminum Honeycomb Sheet has good heat preservation and heat insulation. The reason is that the air between the face and the bottom layer is separated into lots of cellular closed holes, for which the propagation of heat and sound wave is extremely limited. Features 1. Weight:One of the primary reasons for utilizing aluminum honeycomb panels is that they exhibit excellent strength-to-weight ratios compared to traditional construction materials. 2. Strength: The ability to configure panels with different materials allows us to create much stronger panels than one can achieve with solid structures. 3. Fire Resistance: Use a number of materials that are non-combustible and self extinguishing. Most flammability ratings and building codes can be easily met with some combination of materials. 4. Thermal Control: Most aluminum honeycomb panels have excellent insulation properties simply due to the nature in which they are designed. Since both honeycomb and foam cores trap air between the skins, they are inherently insulating to some degree. 5. Sound Control: While we do not specialize in acoustical panels, we are happy to incorporate any type of sound deadening specifications into the composite panels that we design. 6. Impact Resistance: Impact resistance can be accounted for by adjusting the honeycomb cell size, utilizing different core materials and skins, or adding thickness to the surface material and/or core. 7. Moisture Resistance: All types of aluminum and plastic honeycomb cores can be used to improve water and moisture resistance. 8. Corrosion Resistance: Not only can we utilize different core and surface materials to achieve resistance to weather and chemicals, but coatings can be applied for added security.
